Call for Entries: Wine Label Design Contest
Our annual design challenge to create an original wine label artwork to be featured on the 2025 Carpenter Creek Cellars’ Strawberry Wine. This contest is about celebrating and fundraising for PAC’s Rock the Arts Festival.

Volunteers Needed: ARTCAMP
For most of our 30 years, the Prairie Arts Council offered an intensive week of summer arts workshops for individuals of all ages in a wide variety of art media. We will be reaching out to potential Teachers in February. If you would like to be a teacher, please reach out to us. Assistants and other Volunteers are always wanted! Volunteers opportunities will be listed in May.

Call for Artists: Pedestrian Bus Shelters
CityBus and The Arts Federation invite Indiana artists to add their work to the pedestrian bus shelters throughout the cities of Lafayette and West Lafayette. Artists, 18 and older, are asked to submit examples of their work for consideration of being chosen to produce a custom design for one of 4 bus shelters. This is a paid opportunity. Selected artists will receive an honorarium of $750.
Submissions are due by April 7, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Call for Entries: PAC Member Show
The continued purpose of the Member Show is to give Prairie Arts Council artists of all skill levels and media, an annual opportunity to exhibit their original art in the Lilian Fendig Gallery. We accept works from members of all ages in all media. Prizes and ribbons will be awarded at an opening reception for the best works.

Vendors Needed: Art in the Alley
Attention All Artists & Vendors to sell their Fine arts, fine crafts, foods, produce, and collectibles. PAC is accepting artists & vendors for the ART in the Alley held on June 22nd.
12’ x 12’ Booth Fee: $20 for Members, $40 for Non-Members. New vendors must submit a $10 Application Fee with their form. If accepted, they must submit the remaining balance for their booth.

Auditions: Poirot Investigates
Join us in a production of Poirot Investigates! a humorous adaptation of “The Adventure of the Western Star” in Agatha Christie’s short story collection Poirot Investigates. We are looking for people in front of, and behind the curtain. All ages and all skill levels. We encourage families to audition together!

Auditions: Valley Community Players Spring Show
This summer, on Wednesday, July 9th, instead of movie night, VCP will be performing Frozen, Jr at the Spencer Park!
Anyone ages 8-18 can audition, and Auditions are Wednesday, May 28 and Thursday, May 29, 6-8 in the KVHS Auditorium.

Valley Community Players Children's Theatre Workshop Camp
Children's Theatre Workshop is a great way to get kids started in the world of performance! In this 10-day workshop 1st-8th graders learn character building, voice and body skills, and do it all while putting together Seussical, Kids. Since 2015, this has been a great way for kids to meet new people and get involved in theater!
Camp will run June 2-6, 9-13 from 10-noon, with a performance Friday, June 13th. Cost for the first child in a family is $80. If you are registering a second child, that child is $70.
