11th Annual Strawberry Wine Label Design Competition
Entries Due April 3rd
What: A design challenge to create an original wine label artwork to be featured on the 2025 Carpenter Creek Cellars Annual Strawberry Wine, celebrating and fundraising for PAC’s Rock the Arts Festival.
Who May Enter: Artists of all ages.
Requirements:
You may use any colorful art medium including but not limited to colored pencil, paint, pastels, collage, printmaking, digital design, stitchery, embroidery, etc.
We encourage entries to be creative in their expression of artistic themes and to “Rock the Arts.” We do not limit design themes to music or strawberries. The Prairie Arts Council supports the literary, visual, and performing arts. All artistic designs are thematically acceptable.
Artwork must be in color and does not need to include text.
Finished art must be a 2-dimensional work of original art, measuring exactly 4” high x 2 ¾” wide. Leave at least a 1” margin around all edges.
Your original design and theme should include a focus on a musical and/or art theme that is uplifting and inspirational. Other images may be included.
Each artist may submit one, two, or three entrees.
Original artwork may be mailed or hand delivered to the PAC office (see details below).
If possible, include artist’s name on back of artwork.
Fee:
PAC Members – Free, max of 3 entries. New members are always welcome.
Non-Members – $5 per entry, max of 3 entries.
Winner:
The Winner will receive a framed wine label that features their artwork and a $50 cash prize. The winning entry becomes the property of the Prairie Arts Council for recreation and commercial use.
