Event Accessibility Requests

If any accessibility requirements need to be addressed, please reach out to the Prairie Arts Council one week before the event so accommodations can be met, including accommodations for the blind, deaf, and mobility impaired. Accessibility in the Lilian Fendig Gallery & Carnegie Center

The Lilian Fendig Gallery is located on the second floor of the Carnegie Center, a renovated 1904 Carnegie Library built with a first floor landing, a second floor gallery space, and accessible basement floor. The front entrance opens onto a landing with flights of stairs up to the gallery or down to the offices. The accessible entrance can be found at the back of the building where a ramp leads to an entrance into the basement with an ADA door button. From there, the handicap restroom will be found on the right and the elevator up to the second floor gallery can be found on the left down the hall.
