All works must be ready for display including “ready for hanging” or table easel. Any hanging system that is not secure or needs to be repaired or adjusted may result in the work being omitted from the exhibit. The only exception is work to be shown on a table easel which the artist must provide.
Optimal presentation for a photograph is matted, framed, and wired for hanging. D-rings and saw tooth hangers are acceptable. “Presentation” should be carefully considered, whether the work hangs on the wall or on a pedestal with table easel provided by the artist.
Feel free to contact PAC if you have questions or need assistance in preparing your work for the exhibit or to set up an appointment at pacrensselaer@gmail.com.
