Description: Paint and play with words in this fun workshop for creative young writers. Explore different forms of poetry and showcase your work with colorful, painted backgrounds. Students will create finished pieces that are both beautiful to the eye and pleasing to the ear with teacher and author. All supplies will be provided. Students are recommended to bring a paint shirt or apron.
Teacher: Shannon Anderson has taught for 25 years, from first grade through college level. The highlight of her career was being named one of the Top 10 Teachers who inspired the Today Show in 2019.
